In the last year, no less than three different 300 SL models built during 1955 and 1957 were brought to light after being found in garages and barns. The last on this list of classic Merc finds is a 300 SL Gullwing from 1956, which was recently discovered in Montreal, Canada.

The car is currently being listed for sale on eBay for a bidding price tag of $501,655.55 . During its lifetime, it had two owners and gathered a total mileage of just 31,000 miles. Although in a very good state, this Gullwing seems to have a rather blurry history which can hardly be traced down. The enthusiasts from Barn Finds digged the archives and interviewed the current owner to find out more details about this superb 300 SL. Read their complete findings and see more photos >> HERE.
